Perbandingan Kepangkatan militer dan Peringkat Kerja
Iseng-2 ni ada ide untuk menbandingkan antara kepangkatan di militer dengan yang ada di lingkungan kerja. emang ngak semua kerjaan, tapi mengacu pada lingkungan kerja penulis nih (BUMN red.).

Unit 2 PLTA besai trip @ 18.55
pengalaman pertama mngalami trip di pembangkitan.
pada saat shift 2 sore, kejadian terjadi saat cuaca sore hujan deras dari hulu. sungai sangat kotor hingga ada selisih dari inlet tunnel sekitar 3 meter, kalau dibiarkan akan menyebabkan kavitasi yang bisa merontokan terowongan.
saati itu ketua regu kontak radio dengan intake dam, dan saya menghubungi UPB palembang/ pengaturan beban. sementara di ruang generator disibukan oleh strainer. banyaknya alaram yang muncul serta terbagi perhatian ke penurunan beban dan head yang menjadi 207 m yang berimbas pada presure yang bekurang jadi pendekatan 2 bar.
saat alaram trush bearing muncul, bertepatan saat change over CWP dai # 1 menjadi #2 yang lepas dari perhatian, orang yang dibawah tidak bisa menghidupkan HP pump, maka diri sendiri yang turun menghidupkan HP pump.
saat sudah ke atas di kontrol room selang 10 menit indikasi alarm upper bearing muncul, langsung aja deh unit stop.
ternyata pendinginan yang dari CWP tidak bekerja dengan baik karena adanya pergantian CWP tetapi tidak ada yang memperhatikan aktual yang sebenarnnya di pakai di generator sehingga flow yang kurang menyebabkan panas pada upper bearing.

At 1st march i went to PLTA besai on Bandarlampung sektor.
the plant we went there was to download KWH meter data from instrument to Laptop.
basically from laptop use usb port to serial port (rs-323) there needed initiation first on OS.
then serial use 3 cable on LAN port it means prosesing on 8 bit data.
then i learn to test connection between laptop an serial was good use hypertext on windows accessorize or to know new com on you PC on system hard ware.

Simplycity
Those thing might need to broke tha mind setter.
is physics need to learn? and if yes how far and what the fundamental think to have about physics?
To get to be profiler not easy any way, just search in this media.
must think simplier, cause so many people think farther than the most.
ability to make key to a problem might get some profile.
profile needed to breake a think.
So profiler had to take conclution, with a small deviation.
any way its yet proof, just in my mind now.
i’m once been busted not to watch people expresion.
